Nathan Massey and Cara de la Hoyde first got together on Love Island

According to The Sun, the separation came after a string of ‘silly rows’.

A source says: ‘They’ve both mutually agreed to call it quits. It hasn’t been an easy decision but in the end they decided things would be better apart. They stayed really amicable and will definitely do all they can to be friendly.’

This comes a month after it was claimed that Cara had moved out of her and Nathan’s home and was living with a friend.

However, it was just last week that Cara captioned a photo of herself and Nathan cuddling in bed: ‘Sunday snugs .’

Hmm. While neither Cara nor Nathan have spoken out about their alleged break-up, they have been alluding to having a tough time over on their social media pages.

Cara shared an adorable Instagram photo of herself as a child, writing: ‘Don’t grow up it’s a trap .’

On his account, Nathan told fans: ‘Life is not about how hard you hit , it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward ! #stayingpositive [sic].’

It also looks like they’re being supported by their co-stars. When Cara Tweeted: ‘My thoughts can’t stay still for 1 moment, crazy anxiety today ,’ on Saturday, Kady McDermott replied: ‘Love u car x [sic].’

And Olivia Buckland said: ‘Love you girly. ❤.’

Whatever’s going on between Cara and Nathan, we’re sending them both lots of love right now.
