Selena Gomez and The Weeknd made their red carpet debut last night, and MY GOD they’re cute.
The couple arrived at the Met Gala arm-in-arm, hugging and even stealing a kiss in front of the cameras.

Yep. The Weeknd – real name Abel Tesfaye – showed his love for his new lady when he planted a smacker on her cheek as they made their way into the venue.
Even more exciting, it’s been reported that Sel’ whispered in The Weeknd’s ear: ‘I love you.’ AHHH.
Of course, Selena looked completely stunning. With this year’s theme being Art Of The In-Between, she’d opted for a thigh-slit white Coach gown, which featured delicate embellishments and a plunging neckline.

Showcasing her new blunt lob, the 24-year-old was rocking poker-straight locks. She’d gone for nude lips, and let her peepers do all the talking with a dramatic pink smoky eye.
The Weeknd had also scrubbed up pretty well, looking dapper in a classic black tux.
The pair clearly had a fantastic night, with Sel’ later thanking host Anna Wintour on Instagram: ‘So proud and grateful to @stuartvevers and @coach for tonight. Thank you so much Anna for a beautiful event and for what you do.’
But there’s one person who may not have been so happy with Selena and The Weeknd’s romantic outing – his ex-girlfriend Bella Hadid.

Awkwardly, Bella was also at the bash (looking amazing, may we add, in a super-sexy catsuit). And Sel’ and Abel actually ended up just in front of her mum Yolanda and brother Anwar on the carpet. Eep.
It doesn’t look as though any beef went down, so let’s hope Bella wasn’t too fazed…
