Coronation Street’s Tina O’Brien Definitely Isn’t Pregnant, People

After viewers apparently spot a 'bump' in a scene, the 33-year-old takes to Twitter to set the record straight...

Tina O’Brien wants everyone to know that she’s definitely not pregnant.

There have been some pretty weird rumours flying around about the Coronation Street star recently, which she addressed on Twitter yesterday.

It was apparently this scene that got people wondering if the Coronation Street actress is expecting…

Some viewers seemed to have got it into their heads that the 33-year-old may be expecting, after spotting a ‘bump’ on screen.

They appeared to notice this during a scene that showed her character Sarah-Louise Platt holding her son Harry in the family kitchen, with Tweets including: ‘Is it just me or did Sarah platt on coronation Street look pregnant??? @itvcorrie @tinaob,’ and: ‘Is Sarah pregnant again? [sic].’

Hmm. We’re not entirely sure where they were seeing this ‘bump’, because we know the camera adds 10lbs and all that, but Tina’s looking teeny-tiny to us.

And it seems she’s a little miffed at the speculation, writing on her page: ‘So apparently Ive looked pregnant on screen recently, have a bump. Nope, Hell NO not pregnant but thanks guys I mean really THANKS!! [sic].’

At least she’s got a sense of humour about it, eh?!

Tina O’Brien is already mum to two children

Luckily for the actress – who’s already mum to daughter Scarlett, eight, and two-year-old son Beau – plenty of others were just as bamboozled as us.

Replies included: ‘Haha this makes me laugh. Your gorgeous and in great shape and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise xxx,’ and: ‘You look gorgeous to me haven’t seen any bump [sic].’

We couldn’t agree more, lady. Let’s blame the camera angles.
