Topshop just keeps on giving. From their tops to their frocks, we just cannot resist the urge to buy something new at least (and we mean, at least) once a month. So, when news surfaces of buys that are bound to go out of stock real soon, it gives us even more reason to go ahead and spend. Because, FOMO, right? Cue the Topshop dress beloved by a list of bloggers as long as your arm.
