It’s Thursday, which means only one thing… it’s time for a throwback!
And we’re taking you all the way back to a vintage 2010 TOWIE clip.
Yup, prepare to feel a teeny tiny bit old – as it’s the first ever series of the hit ITV show and the original cast are fresh-faced newbies to the TV scene. Oh, how times have changed!
In an unearthed clip, now seven years old, Kirk Norcross and Amy Childs are enjoying a speed date – and fans have been quick to notice a familiar face in the background…
Oh hello, Stephen Bear!
Yup, during the clip a very young Bear can be spotted milling about in the background as an extra for the show…

Following his (brief) TOWIE appearance, Bear continued his quest for fame as he joined Channel 4 reality show Shipwrecked the following year. And, well, the rest was history!
He is now the host of upcoming MTV show Just Tattoo of Us, which the controversial fella is co-presenting with his current beau Charlotte Crosby. So it would appear things have come a long way since his background TOWIE stint….
Charlotte and Bear had kept their relationship pretty hush hush until very recently – only officially confirming their romance last month.

Since become a public item, the pair have been very vocal about their fondness of each other – with Charlotte even admitting Bear could possibly be ‘The One’.
Yup… it’s a biggie!
@charlottegshoreIn a recent interview with Ok!, Charlotte shared: ‘I’ve fallen for him a lot, the most I’ve ever fallen for anyone. And I think he feels the same, I really do’.
Speaking of Bear’s slightly questionable past relationships (yup, we’re thinking about *that* Lillie Lexie Gregg Big Brother escapade), Charlotte adds: ‘If it happens, I will have to deal with it. I don’t know why, but I do have a lot of trust in him. I highly doubt he would ever hurt me, but who knows’.
